SSCS provides service to investors
who held shares subject to a recovery from a securities class action
settlement. SSCS enters settlement data into the system identifying
the securities involved, the dates covered by the settlement, and
the calculation used to determine claim amounts. A securities claim
exists when it is proven that a false statement was made to the
market in order to artificially inflate the stock price.

The system also accepts customer securities transaction data. The
system evaluates customer data to determine eligible transactions
and the associated recovery value. The system generates claims that
can be submitted to a claims administrator. After claims are generated,
the system generates billing information that can be used to either
withdraw funds from the trust account containing claim awards or
to bill customers directly. The system tracks whether or not SSCS
has received revenue for each claim it has filed.
